Runes are powered by Runic Energy, which is the representation of the cost of resources sacrificed to build a rune. Runes can also place enchantments on the player, such as Torch Bearer which places torches wherever the player walks. Runes can have a wide variety of purposes, but Runix specializes in moving and manipulating large groups of blocks. The world recognizes a rune's shape and triggers the magic tied to that rune. Runes are a specific arrangement of vanilla blocks that can be activated by right clicking the middle block of a rune.
